to join their commercial team. This role will see you take ownership of project finances, client applications, and subcontractor accounts, while working closely with Project and Site Managers.What you’ll be doing

Preparing Applications for Payment and securing approvalsManaging Final Accounts and recovering retentionIssuing and managing Sub-Contract Works Orders and variationsReviewing and approving subcontractor applicationsProducing reports and supporting the Commercial ManagerWhat we’re looking for
