The organisation has built a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and technical expertise within infrastructure and heavy engineering environments.As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of major projects, working closely with high-profile clients.Key Responsibilities:Ensuring successful commercial outcomes across major projectsManaging commercial activities from contract award through to final accountAdministering and negotiating variations and contract changesWorking collaboratively within an experienced commercial teamBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractorsLiaising with internal departments to support profitable project deliveryRequirements:Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity SurveyorStrong background in a commercial role within the construction or engineering sectorSolid working knowledge of NEC3 and/or NEC4 contractsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to influence and build long-term client relationshipsUnderstanding of fabrication processes (desirable)Experience managing variations while maintaining repeat businessThe ..... full job details .....
