Senior Quantity Surveyor

I m urgently recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a developer specialising in high-quality residential apartment schemes. This is a freelance role for an 8 week period, working on a premium residential development. The client requires someone who can start immediately and quickly integrate into the site team. You will be office-based with the occasional site visit , reporting into the Commercial Manager, and supporting the commercial delivery of the project. Key Responsibilities: Managing subcontractor packages from procurement through to final account Preparing and assessing valuations and variations Supporting cost reporting, forecasting, and budget control Assisting with monthly commercial reporting Working closely with site and project teams to ensure commercial performance Maintaining cost control across residential packages Requirements: Strong Senior Quantity Surveyor experience within residential developments (ideally) Proven background as a Senior QS Confident managing subcontractor packages independently Strong commercial and contractual awareness Able to work on-site full time and start immediately Available for the full 8-week duration Please get in touch if interested. ..... full job details .....
