They are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage multiple groundwork packages across sites in the region. The Role You will be responsible for managing 2–3 projects at any one time, typically valued between £3m–£7m, working on a remeasure basis for main contractors. Key Responsibilities Preparation and submission of monthly valuations Cost reporting and monthly CVR reporting Managing variations and final accounts Commercial management of labour, plant and materials Liaising with site teams and main contractors Attending monthly commercial meetings Requirements Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior QS within groundworks or civil engineering Strong understanding of remeasure contracts and valuations Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Commercially astute and able to manage p...
