Senior Quantity Surveyor-Didcot-Inside IR35 & Long Term

URGENT SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR NEED-DIDCOT-HIGHWAYS

Due to the award of a major Highways and Road over Rail Bridge scheme in Didcot-valued at over -60m, our client, a world renowned Main Contractor are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial Team on a freelance basis.

Based from site (this is 5 days per week) daily duties will include Procurement, Sub Contractor Account Management, Payments, Cost-Reporting and Variations.

To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of an HNC in Quantity Surveying and have working experience of NEC Option 4 along with major Highways and Structure experience gained within the Main Contracting environment.

In return, a top day rate is on offer which is Inside IR35 and comes with an immediate start and long term contract for the right individual.
