Senior Quantity Surveyor

Deanston Cooper''s client, a leading civil engineering and groundworks contractor based in Glasgow, has a current requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on residential and commercial projects across the Central Belt of Scotland. As Senior Quantity Surveyor your duties will include: Managing post contract commercial tasks on a variety of projects Preparing interim valuations and final accounts Procurement and cost control of subcontractors and specialised suppliers Liaising with operational staff to ensure efficient, cost effective site practice Client liaison Applications are welcome from candidates qualified to a minimum of HNC level in Quantity Surveying who have gained experience working as Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor for another groundworks contractor or civils contractor.
