We''re looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. You''ll take full commercial responsibility from tender through to final account, ensuring projects are delivered profitably while driving value, managing risk, and supporting strategic business objectives. What''s on Offer Salary: 50,000 - 55,000 depending on experience Hours: 37 hours per week Monday-Thursday: 8:00am-5:00pm Friday: 8:00am-12:00pm Office-based role (5 days per week) SC Clearance required or the ability to obtain it The Role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you''ll be the commercial lead across multiple projects, working closely with Project Managers, clients, and subcontractors to maximise profitability and ensure contractual compliance. You''ll be responsible for: Managing the commercial lifecycle from tender to final account Leading cost control, forecasting, CVRs, cashflow, WIP and commercial reporting Administering JCT, NEC and ICHEME contracts Managing contract variations, change control and commercial negotiations Procuring and managing subcontractors Identifying commercial risks and implementing recovery strategies Preparing and negotiating interim applications and final accounts Supporting estimating, tender reviews and pre-construction activities Building strong ..... full job details .....
