This is a key role supporting planned maintenance and building fire safety projects across a well-established regional contract.The RoleAs Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take full commercial responsibility for multiple projects from contract award through to final account. Working closely with operational teams, you''ll ensure strong financial performance, effective cost control, and compliance across all activities, while leading and developing a small commercial team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the commercial management of planned works and fire safety projectsManage cost control, valuations, invoicing, and cash collectionProduce CVRs, forecasts, and financial reports in line with reporting cyclesOversee subcontractor procurement, payments, and final accountsEvaluate and agree variations, extensions of time, and loss and expense claimsEnsure compliance with contract terms and relevant legislationIdentify and manage commercial risks and opportunitiesLiaise with clients, supply chain partners, and internal stakeholdersSupport operational teams to drive productivity and achieve regional targetsMentor and manage junior commercial staffAbout YouProven ..... full job details .....
