Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP)
Location: Central London

Salary: £80k to £90k per annum
 
About the Role
We are actively seeking a Quantity Surveyor with strong MEP experience to join our growing commercial team.
You will play a key role in delivering high-value, technically complex projects across specialist sectors, taking responsibility for commercial management from pre-construction through to final account, while working closely with project and senior commercial teams.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Commercial management of MEP packages across the full project lifecycle
• Cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Procurement and subcontractor management
• Valuations, variations, and change control
• Contract administration and risk management
• Supporting project delivery teams to achieve commercial targets
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders

• Life Sciences

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within MEP / building services
• Strong understanding of full mechanical & electrical packages
• Experience working on large-scale or technically complex projects
• Ability to manage projects commercially from start to finish
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Locations & Travel

• Majority of projects based in Central London
• Regional work based out of Cambridge
• Opportunities to work on European projects (if you choose)
