Senior Quantity Surveyor

An incredibly well respected tier one Construction Consultancy (PQS), are looking for an engine room Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their London Liverpool Street office.Hybrid working is available for the Senior Quantity Surveyor.The Senior Quantity Surveyor will work in CAT B fit out, Hotels and Leisure projects, producing highly detailed and strong quality cost plans for projects up to £50M.Your team will consist of 15 people, with a mix of Quantity Surveyor, PMs and EA. The Senior Quantity Surveyor''s Role The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a highly experienced team of 15, who come from tier one and SME backgrounds. You will be working with some of the most well known end clients in their respective industries.From feasibility stages, right through to cost plans and final accounts.Contract values will be between £5M - £50M.Within this growing team is experience that is broad, modern and successful, with a huge drive towards AI, technology and processes.They enjoy a social element to the team, with trips abroad, the races, and some of the best restaurants in London.
