We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (MandE) to join our team, This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the commercial delivery of a major healthcare development, working alongside an established and supportive team. As a Senior QS, you will lead the commercial management of MEP works, ensuring cost control, contract compliance, and strong supply chain performance throughout the project lifecycle. You''ll also gain exposure to a wider pipeline of healthcare projects across the Dalkia North business, offering long-term career development and progression. What You Will Bring Strong experience in commercial management within MEP / MandE subcontracting Proven track record in cost control, reporting, subcontractor management, and change management Solid understanding of NEC and/or JCT contracts (NEC Option C desirable) Experience preparing CVRs, cash flow forecasts, and cost to complete Excellent negotiation, ..... full job details .....
