As a Senior QS, you will lead the commercial management of MEP works, ensuring cost control, contract compliance, and strong supply chain performance throughout the project lifecycle. You''ll also gain exposure to a wider pipeline of healthcare projects across the Dalkia North business, offering long-term career development and progression.What You Will BringStrong experience in commercial management within MEP / MandE subcontractingProven track record in cost control, reporting, subcontractor management, and change managementSolid understanding of NEC and/or JCT contracts (NEC Option C desirable)Experience preparing CVRs, cash flow forecasts, and cost to completeExcellent ..... full job details .....
