Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to take ownership of landmark developments? As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll step into a lead commercial role on this prestigious city centre development. You’ll work closely with the Commercial Manager and play a vital part in shaping project delivery from pre-construction through to final accounts. With a high-energy culture and a strong pipeline of major projects, this role offers a clear path to Commercial Lead.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing all commercial aspects of the £100m+ Heaps Mill project
• Leading subcontractor procurement, valuations, and cost reporting
• Liaising with project and design teams to ensure cost-effective delivery
• Driving value engineering and overseeing commercial risk
• Supporting junior QSs and contributing to broader business growth
