Senior Quantity Surveyor

My client is a leading cost and project management consultancy and they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team on site in Guildford. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on a Grade I listed heritage project and focused on trade package procurement before then moving on to the wider commercial/cost management of various trade packages across the project.

Quantity Surveyors considering this opportunity must have experience working for a main contractor and familiar with the full procurement process of building projects in the UK. Candidates with previous experience working on heritage projects and/or listed buildings will be at an advantage.

This is initially a 6 month contract position, outside of IR35 and with a maximum day rate of between -350 and -400 per day, depending on experience.
