Senior Quantity Surveyor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established, medium-sized national construction consultancy in London.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

You''ll take the reins on a variety of high-profile private sector residential schemes, including:

• Apartments, Build-to-Rent, Speculative Sale & High-Rise projects
• Project values ranging from -10m to -80m

In addition to their impressive residential portfolio, the team is also working on a unique set of concert and event venue refurbishments for a globally recognised entertainment client. These cut-and-carve schemes in major UK cities offer something a little different-typically around the -10m20m mark-and provide a rare chance to work on projects that blend commercial and cultural significance.

You''ll be joining a supportive and collaborative unit comprising of 1x QS Director, 1x Associate, 1x Senior QS and 3x Junior QSs. The consultancy has clear and ambitious plans for growth over the next couple of years, particularly in London. With a strong pipeline of work and a dynamic team, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior QS looking to:

• Step into a more prominent client-facing role
• Work on a diverse mix of projects
• Progress toward Associate level and beyond

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
• Degree qualified
• Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
• Excellent pre and post contract experience
• Employers Agent & Residential Sector experience
