Senior Quantity Surveyor

An international cost management consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with commercial project sector experience to join their iconic head office in Central London.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor''s role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working alongside blue-chip, high profile clients on commercial CAT A and CAT B fit out projects across the city.

Day to day, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall primarily be responsible for running projects from inception to completion, and assisting the Partners on more complex projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
• MRICS is preferred
• Cat A and/or Cat B fit out project experience
• Good pre and post cost management knowledge
• Comfortable running projects independently
• Previous experience within a PQS / Consultancy environment
