Are you a Rail Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience working on NEC 4 contracts for Network Rail?
 
Have you worked on station upgrade and renewal projects?
 
Location: Swindon + hybrid working (2/3 days in office)
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + £6000 car allowance
 
My client is a major civil engineering contractor with a huge presence in the infrastructure industry, and due to continued growth they are looking to add two Senior Quantity Surveyor's to their team to work on a number of station upgrade and new station projects in the Wales and Western region as part of CP7.

Requirements for the Senior Quantity Surveyor:
·Experience working with NEC 4 contracts for Network Rail
·Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management or similar
·Experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a rail project for a Tier 1 contractor, preferably station renewals or enhancements
·Experience managing and developing less senior members of the commercial team
·Preferred to have achieved/be working towards chartership
·CSCS and PTS preferred
