Senior Quantity Surveyor

A respected and long-established multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a talented and client-focused Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Manchester team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As a key member of the Cost Consultancy team, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will take the lead on a wide range of high-profile projects across sectors including:

• Retail
• Residential
• Commercial
• Education
• Healthcare
• Industrial

Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing client relationships, leading project delivery from feasibility through to final account, and mentoring junior team members.

This is an ideal position for a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to develop into an Associate role, with clear opportunities for progression in a consultancy that supports professional growth and champions internal promotion.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (RICS accredited)
• MRICS chartership preferred or working towards
• Experience within a UK consultancy environment is essential
• Strong technical knowledge across both pre and post-contract stages
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and client accounts
