Senior Quantity Surveyor

An innovative and forward-thinking Construction Consultancy are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team on a fully remote basis. The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work across a wide range of projects including commercial, residential, mixed-use, and industrial schemes. You''ll be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, from early-stage cost planning through to final account.

This fully remote position offers a high level of independence, perfect for a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable managing projects, liaising directly with clients, and delivering a high standard of service with minimal supervision.

Although the company operates remotely, they maintain a close-knit and supportive culture with regular team collaboration and occasional meet-ups in central London. This is a great opportunity to join a consultancy that truly trusts and empowers its staff.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• RICS accredited degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or similar)
• Chartered (MRICS) or working towards
• Strong pre and post contract experience
• Proven ability to run projects independently
• Strong Quantity Surveying background in a UK Consultancy
• Confident working remotely and managing own workload
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
