A brand new opportunity exists for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading blue chip-Main Contractor.

The company is a recognised Contractor who due to continued success and award of new projects is seeking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to operate as Commercial lead on a new build scheme in the Leeds area.

Requirements:

• You must have a proven track record as a Quantity Surveyor in a Main Contractor environment
• You will have proven experience of carrying out commercial duties on new build and refurbishment schemes up to -40m in value.
• Degree qualified
