Senior Quantity Surveyor

A Cost Management consultancy with a reputation for excellence are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Quantity Surveyor for their London office, based near Covet Garden.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor''s Role

Working closely with an Associate QS and Director, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will take the lead on commercial fit out and high-end residential projects, delivering schemes from inception through to completion, with support from the wider team.

As well as being involved in project delivery, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall have the opportunity to get involved in mentoring/management and undertaking client facing roles.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (or similar)
• MRICS would be ideal but not essential
• Commercial fit out experience
• Pre and post cost management experience
• Cost planning and contract administration experience
• Comfortable managing multiple projects
