Senior Quantity Surveyor

We’re working with a well-established contractor specialising in the hospitality sector, who are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee refurbishment and fit out projects across the UK. The work spans a mix of blue-chip clients and independent bars and restaurants, delivering high-quality fit-outs and refurbishments.

You’ll be responsible for the full commercial management of projects from pre-contract through to final account. This includes managing subcontractor packages, valuations, variations, cost tracking, and client reporting.

This is a nationwide role, so you must be comfortable with travel and staying away as required. The business has a healthy pipeline of work, with projects typically ranging from fast-track refurbishments to full restaurant fit-outs.
The ideal candidate will have strong commercial experience in the hospitality or leisure sector, be confident managing multiple projects simultaneously, and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
