Senior Quantity Surveyor

We’re working with a consultancy that’s known for high standards, longstanding client relationships and a steady pipeline of private sector projects. They’re growing their London team and looking to bring in a Senior Quantity Surveyor who’s confident managing projects independently, building strong client relationships, and mentoring junior staff along the way.

You’ll be working on high-quality residential and commercial schemes, a mixture of refurb, fit-out and new build, from early design stages through to completion.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading on cost plans, tenders, and procurement
• Contract administration and cost control across live projects
• Client-facing delivery and relationship management
• Supporting junior team members with technical development
• Involvement in new business opportunities and project wins

What they’re looking for:

• 6–10 years’ consultancy experience
• Strong understanding of JCT contracts
• MRICS preferred, or working towards with relevant experience
• Confident managing private sector projects independently
• Comfortable using CostX and Excel
