The Senior Quantity Surveyors'' role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take the lead on delivering a range of exciting projects, including:

• Student accommodation
• Commercial developments
• High-end residential schemes

With further opportunities to work across life sciences, mixed-use, hospitality, and leisure sectors, this role guarantees project variety and long-term challenge.

You''ll be joining a collaborative team of 35 professionals, backed by 8 experienced and approachable Directors. The consultancy prides itself on its supportive environment where individual contribution is recognised and rewarded.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• Ideally MRICS, or actively working towards
• Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
• Varied sector / project experience is beneficial
• Strong pre & post contract experience / a successful track record leading projects
