Are you a Senior Surveyor seeking a new and challenging opportunity?

Senior Surveyors, come and join my clients commercial team in Kent. Projects on average range between -5m - -20 million and the sectors include: Leisure, Education, Health and Commercial schemes.

About The Role:

As the Senior Surveyor, you will play a key role within the organisation working collaboratively with both customers and industry specialists. You will add value, and always ensure best practice.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery
• Working alongside the project delivery team, to ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors
• Managing the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement
• Being involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome
• Manage the project commercial team
