My-client-are-an-established-Main-Contractor-who-work-within-the-sectors-of-Student-Accommodation,-Residential,-Care-&-Retirement-Living-delivering-exceptional-new-build-properties-for-their-clients.

Currently-they-are-looking-to-recruit-a-Senior-level-Quantity-Surveyor-to-work-on-site-in-Oxford.

The-role-in-Oxford-is-a20m-new-build-189-bed-Student-Accommodation.You-will-work-alongside-a-site-team-delivering-the-commercial-functions-for-the-project.

Candidates are invited to apply who have UK construction project experience within Residential or-Multi-Room properties and able to manage the full commercial functions on multi-million pound projects.
