Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic consultancy delivering high-profile public sector and construction projects.

Role Overview:

• Lead the financial and contractual management of complex construction projects.

• Prepare detailed cost plans, estimates, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Monitor and control costs throughout all project stages, providing clear reporting and analysis.

• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to manage risks and optimize value.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and contractual obligations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Extensive experience in quantity surveying for construction projects, ideally within the public sector.

• Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.

• Proven expertise in cost management, reporting, and commercial oversight.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
