About the role of Senior Quantity surveyor

successful, reputable business with multiple divisions and areas of speciality and a multi-million pound turnover.

We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our London team focusing on high profile, technically
complex projects across multiple sectors. We are looking for someone who is passionate about their career in
Construction and someone who has NEC4 contract experience!

Responsibilities for Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Lead high-value projects
• Lead junior QS teams
• Advise directors and project managers on procurement strategy and more
• Negotiate with main contractors and sub-contractors

Requirements for Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Need to have been a strong no2 on larger value projects - manage packages
• Be able to lead smaller projects e.g. -400k
• Understanding and experience of NEC4 contract
• Will need to pass security clearance, basic background check
