The Senior Quantity Surveyor''s Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you''ll take the lead on a variety of new build and refurbishment schemes across Residential, Hotel, Leisure, Education, Commercial, Healthcare, and Life Sciences sectors - with project values up to -40m+.

You''ll manage your own projects from inception to completion, delivering full pre and post contract services, while also mentoring junior team members.

This is the perfect opportunity for a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in their consultancy career, with clear progression available to Associate level.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• MRICS is a MUST
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK PQS/Consultancy is a MUST
• Strong pre and post contract experience
• Comfortable working across multiple projects / sectors
• Able to lead multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion
• Previous experience managing junior surveyors / a desire to manage a team and move into an Associate role long term
