Konnect Recruit are working with a residential developer that is looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
The client is-a long establisghed SME developer that delivers between 50 to 100 units per year.
The ideal candidate will have worked for an SME developer in the past-and have overseen schemes from conception to completion
On offer is a salary up to -75000 p.a. plus package
