Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a well known and well established multi disciplined main contractor with a regional base in Cardiff that carries out a range of new build residential construction projects up to £20 million typically. Approached us with the requirement to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis. Reporting to a Commercial Director regionally, your role will involve having complete financial control, ensuring that schemes are delivered profitably.
