The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

You''ll lead major schemes across Life Sciences, Higher Education, Commercial, and Masterplanning sectors (project values up to -200m+), working closely with Partners while being supported on your path to Associate.

You''ll be joining a multidisciplinary team of over 150 professionals, collaborating with some of the brightest minds in the industry. Working closely with board members and partners, you''ll lead complex, high-value projects while being supported on your journey to Associate and beyond.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• A construction-related degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying preferred)
• MRICS (or working towards it)
• Strong experience leading projects pre- and post-contract
• Prior Quantity Surveying experience with a UK consultancy
• Experience working on projects across the above mentioned sectors
