An internationally recognised, industry-leading Construction & Property Consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Leeds office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident Senior QS to work on flagship commercial and residential developments - including Build to Rent, PBSA, and large mixed-use projects - within a practice that''s renowned for excellence and progression.

The Role - Senior Quantity Surveyor

You''ll be responsible for:

• Managing high-value projects across commercial and residential sectors.
• Building long-term client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Supporting and mentoring Assistant and Graduate Surveyors.
• Taking a lead role in cost management, reporting, procurement, and contract administration.
• Playing an active part in business development, with a clear path to Associate level and beyond.

Requirements - Senior Quantity Surveyor

• RICS-accredited degree qualification.
• Ideally MRICS (or working towards).
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
• Background in Commercial and Residential sectors
• Client facing
