The  Senior Quantity Surveyor’s key Responsibilities will include:

• Cost Estimation: Lead accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimations, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with subcontractors and suppliers to optimize project outcomes.
• Project Budgeting: Oversee project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost control strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure financial success and efficiency.
• Risk Management: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential financial challenges.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will require:

• A formal construction qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
