Senior Quantity Surveyor

One of the UK''s best Property Consultancies is actively recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based in London.

THE COMPANY

My client is one of the leading Consultancies in the UK with a network of offices across the country and overseas. They have a great reputation in the market and are working on some of London’s biggest and best projects.

THE POSITION

They are actively looking to recruit a Senior QS to get involved in taking full responsibility of projects from inception to completion. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be given the opportunity to take full control of the projects and help mentor junior staff.

THE CANDIDATE

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor must:

• Have at least 5-10 years experience working as a Quantity Surveyor
• Have experience managing projects from start to finish
• Come from a consultancy background
• Have good communication and client facing skills
• Be MRICS or close to achieving it
