Senior Quantity Surveyor

 
Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in NEC contracts and leadership?

Have you worked extensively with Network Rail and led junior commercial teams?

Rate: £450/day - Umbrella, Inside IR35
Location: Sidcup, Kent (Hybrid - 2-3 days in the office per week; occasional travel to Blackfriars)
Duration: 6 months, potential to go permanent
 
This is an excellent opportunity to join a rail contractor delivering work on the CP7 frameworks, covering reactive, emergency, and civils based rail works. The ideal candidate will have experience working on Network Rail and NEC contracts.
 
 
Requirements for Senior Quantity Surveyor:
·7+ years'' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
·Significant experience working with Network Rail (essential)
·Strong experience with NEC contracts (Option C & E preferred)
·Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop junior commercial staff
·Background working for a Tier 1 contractor (strongly preferred)
·Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
·MRICS or CICES accreditation desirable
