The Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial success of large-scale NEC contracts based at King''s Cross, including a hospital development and a fit-out project, each valued between -3M and -5M.

You''ll combine your commercial expertise with strong M&E knowledge, working closely with project managers and site teams to ensure smooth delivery and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage NEC contract administration across live projects.

• Provide robust commercial QS support.

• Apply M&E knowledge, with BMS systems experience (desirable).

• Work collaboratively with project managers and site teams.

• Build lasting client relationships and ensure projects deliver on value.

About You

• Proven commercial QS experience.

• Strong mechanical & electrical background.

• Knowledge of BMS systems and site equipment (e.g., AHUs) advantageous.

• Comfortable working on-site with project managers and clients.

• Strong communicator, collaborative, and culturally aligned.
