A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a flagship scheme in Exeter (-260M).-

Your new company are a large National Main Contractor, who are one of the UK''s leading Construction and Property Development businesses.-

My client have secured the largest Passivhaus scheme in the Student Accommodation sector. It will consist of 1,700 new build units and the Refurbishment of 300 existing units. Buildings will range in height from 3-to 8-storeys.-

The ideal candidate for the role will have good Main Contractor experience and more specifically, extensive knowledgeable within the MEP / M&E side of commercial new build projects. You will also come from a Degree qualified background.-
