This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced surveyor looking to take ownership of a substantial project while joining a well-established main contractor with a strong pipeline of work across Suffolk, Cambridge and the wider Eastern region.The business has a strong reputation for delivering major projects across education, healthcare, commercial and public-sector frameworks and continues to secure work throughout East Anglia.The RoleAs Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for the project, working closely with the wider project team to ensure it is delivered successfully from both a financial and contractual perspective.You will be involved across the full commercial lifecycle of the scheme, including procurement, subcontractor management, cost reporting, valuations, variations and final accounts.The role will suit someone comfortable operating at Senior Quantity Surveyor level on a major construction project and who enjoys ..... full job details .....
