London A Tier 1 Contractor are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a £150m Crossrail Depot in London. The ideal Candidate must have a solid history of Groundworks and Building experience as well as a good understand of the NEC form of contract.The project has two and a half years remaining and offers the opportunity to grow within one of the top 5 largest contractors globally.The Ideal Candidate should possess:Main Contractor ExperienceGroundworks/ Building ExperienceSolid understanding of NEC form of ContractDegree Qualified (Preferred not essential)Rail experience (Preferred not essential)The role will also involve:ReportingMeasure and ValueCost Control and Budget ManagementRecord KeepingForecast Cost to CompletionApplicationsCash flowChange Management and ClaimsSubcontract ProcurementMaximise IncomeClient and Supply Chain RelationshipsConflict AvoidanceDispute Management and ResolutionThe Contractor is looking to fill this position ASAP.Apply For This Job
