As part of an experienced commercial team, you''ll be involved in the full project lifecycle, helping to drive financial performance, manage contractual obligations, and support the successful delivery of complex civil engineering schemes.This position would particularly suit a QS with experience operating under NEC4 contracts and exposure to bridge, structures, highways, or wider infrastructure projects.The OpportunityYou''ll be responsible for the commercial management of projects and work packages from award through to final account, working alongside operational teams, engineers, planners, and supply chain partners to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.Key responsibilities will include: Managing project budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting.Producing accurate CVRs and financial performance reports.Identifying commercial risks and opportunities throughout project delivery.Administering compensation events, change management processes, and contractual notices.Managing subcontractor procurement, account administration, and payment assessments.Preparing client applications for payment and supporting ..... full job details .....
