You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of projects and cover the entire process, from concept design to completion. You will perform the role of Commercial Manager and take responsibility for the end-to-end service delivery of all types of projects including large or complex buildings. Responsibilities • Conduct preliminary research to evaluate contractors • Produce regular cost reports Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts • Prepare tax depreciation schedules • Carry out site visits and inspections • Prepare and administer procurement advice, tenders and tender reviews Qualifications Previous experience or a sound and suitable understanding of the following will be a distinct advantage in applying for this role: Excellent communication Contract Management (NEC3, Option C preferred) Cost Management For more info = please click apply by attaching copy of CV Permanent
