Summary Description

CSR is currently working alongside one of Northern Ireland''s leading organisations with the aim to recruit a professional Quantity Surveyor to aid them with their new, exciting projects.
CSR require an individual who is willing to challenge themselves with enhancing the value for money as well as the efficiency of their multiple projects. In parallel, the role will include responsibility for ensuring the project has met all legal and quality requirements and regulations.

Working as a Senior Surveyor, you will financially manage up to 4-5 projects and be responsible for junior/ trainee commercial staff.

Qualifications

• Quantity Surveying Degree
• 5+ Years'' experience
