Senior Quantity Surveyor

Constructive Moves is working on behalf of a leading residential developer has just been awarded planning on a major new scheme over 300 units of a RC Frame residential development and therefore is looking to source a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Commercial Team.For this role, you will be office based in South London and working underneath a Commercial Manager and you should be able to running you own packages of work, which you would have tendered, agreed and managed previously. You will be dealing with all the valuations and variations for you agreed sub-contractor packages you will be managing.
