About the RoleAs a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you''ll play a pivotal role in delivering cost consultancy services across a mix of residential, public sector, and fire safety projects, including social housing, education, heritage, and local authority schemes. You''ll work directly with clients and design teams from inception through to completion, ensuring value, quality, and commercial control throughout.You''ll also be expected to support the development of junior staff and take ownership of your own projects, reporting to the Associate QS. Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely within a collaborative Quantity Surveying team, reporting to the Associate QS.Take ownership of key local projects, managing them with minimal supervision.Lead and attend site and design team meetings, providing clear cost advice and progress updates to clients.Ensure all project documentation is managed and maintained in line with QA procedures.Deliver cost advice aligned with RICS standards, including estimates, viability assessments, cost plans, cash flow forecasts, and whole life ..... full job details .....
