This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to join a growing team working on a large-scale data centre project within one of Europe's expanding data centre markets. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the commercial management of subcontract packages and works, working closely with project and commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered effectively and profitably. The Role Commercial management of data centre enabling and infrastructure works. Managing subcontractor packages from procurement through to final account. Preparing and managing valuations, variations, payment applications and final accounts. Monitoring project costs, forecasting and reporting against budgets.
