Senior Quantity Surveyor Euston, London Up to 85,000We at Smart4EPC are glad to be assisting our client, a Tier 1 main contractor, on their search for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (Utilities) to join a major infrastructure project in London. This is an excellent opportunity to oversee the cost management and contract management aspects of a section of one of the UK''s most significant construction programmes, from initiation through to close-out, as part of the Euston Station project.Key Responsibilities:Ensure contractual terms and conditions for suppliers and sub-contractors are properly administeredAdminister incentivisation arrangements as appropriateOversee the assessment of Early Warning Notices (EWNs) and compensation eventsProvide regular cash flow forecasts of expenditureReport expenditure against the Incentive Target on a monthly basisManage the change management process, consulting with other functions to assess changes and risks to the overall project outturnProduce a monthly consolidated cost/expenditure report for the section of the projectOversee the monthly valuation processReview potential contractor and supplier claims where necessary, oversee adjudication of claims, and make recommendations for settlementOversee the finalisation of contractor accounts and close out contracts for the projectOversee the raising of consultant, supplier or contractor instructions as necessary for signature by approved partiesOversee audits of accountsOversee ..... full job details .....
