You must have good experience of quantity surveying and commercial management duties and have Rail experience using NEC contracts - NEC3 and NEC4. You will work as part of a team on the delivery of commercial activities and you should be able to manage a small team of Quantity Surveyors plus you will work alongside the supply chain and contractors to provide cost variation assessment and other commercial activites. You will provide an independent view to their Head of the Commercial team. THE COMPANY My client is a long established busy firm of PQS with several offices. My client works on projects for infrastructure and also for buildings.
