Your main duties will include: Reporting to the commercial manager, you will be responsible for several projects smaller projects at one time or one larger scheme up to £30m Working alongside the operations and site delivery team to ensure project viability and cost effectiveness Monitor and report all project costs/finances Cash-flow forecasting Sub-contractor, labour and materials management (placing orders, invoices, price negotiation etc) Be responsible for cost changes and monitoring throughout the life cycle of the project Final accounts To be successful in this role, you must have: Experience of working in a main-contracting environment Have worked on new-build projects valued up to and over, £15m Excellent communication and negotiation skills Be proficient with IT My client will offer an excellent salary and package and the opportunity to work ...
