Senior Quantity Surveyor - Major Infrastructure (Sellafield)Location: Sellafield, Cumbria Salary: Circa 70,000 - 80,000 + package Job Type: PermanentAbout the Role TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a major infrastructure upgrade programme at Sellafield, working with a leading Tier-1 contractor.This is a key commercial role within the project team, responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of complex civils and infrastructure packages within a highly regulated nuclear environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the commercial management of major infrastructure works from award through to final accountPrepare and manage valuations, cost reports and forecastsManage subcontractor and supply chain packages, including procurement and paymentsAdminister change control, variations and compensation eventsIdentify commercial risks and opportunities and support their resolutionSupport the project team with commercial strategy and reportingRequirementsProven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within civils or infrastructureStrong understanding of NEC contractsExperience on major projects or within regulated environmentsExcellent analytical, commercial and communication skillsHow to Apply To apply or find out more, please contact Leon at TRIbuild Solutions. ..... full job details .....
